Our house was located on Woodside in Thornwood. Having tried 2 other agents we eventually decided to try Stevenette and I wish we had just gone with them from the off! The valuation was carried out by Mandy and Martin and they were the first agency that I felt I could have an honest conversation with about my expectations on the price coupled with their knowledge of the local market. The other agents seemed to just tell me what I wanted to hear but it was not helping with me actually finding the correct price point to sell. Once on the market Stevenette's communication and professionalism continued right through from finding me a good buyer to the more complicated process of conveyancing and holding the chain together to completion. I can't recommend Stevenette highly enough and from my experience of using 3 different agencies in Epping there is just no comparison.
