Although the process was lengthy and at times stressful, Richard made it much more manageable with his consistent communication and clear, accurate advice throughout. We used Stevenette to sell a property in Loughton. They were very good at keeping us informed of progress and maintained contact with the other agents and the solicitors involved. I’m not sure we would have got our sale completed without their proactive assistance in the last few weeks. I would recommend them unreservedly.

I’ve been with Stevenette & Co (Epping branch) for 8 years, and they have consistently found me good, reliable, and honest long-term tenants for my rental property in Abridge. From our very first meeting, Mandy understood exactly what I wanted — to be a good, fair landlord and to have tenants who would love my house as much as I do. Since then, I’ve been looked after by her colleague Amy, who has been there every step of the way, helping me navigate the rental market and always available for help and advice. Whenever a maintenance issue arises, they promptly obtain quotes, send them to me for approval, and ensure the work is completed in a timely manner to a professional standard. I can't praise the team enough and would highly recommend Stevenette & Co to any landlord looking for a truly reliable and professional property management service.

We let our home through Stevenettes and experienced an excellent and professional service from Mandy and Amy. When we recently sold the property we therefore didnt hesitate to instruct Stevenettes Sales Team. Again, the service we received from Richard and Martin was superb. It was at times a difficult transaction and we always felt supported and also that Richard was constantly on top of the transaction, guiding it through to a smooth conclusion. I used to work in Property on the Legal side and encountered many Estate Agents. The Team at Stevenettes really are exceptional and we highly recommend.

Martin at Stevenette in Epping is everything you would want from an Estate Agent. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition I believe Marrin went the extra mile to support us complete the chain. Moving home is never a smooth process but Martin helped make it that bit easier for us by guiding and supporting us through to completion. We got there and couldn't be happier. Would strongly recommend.

We were in a long and complicated chain where everything kept changing. The only constant was Stevenette; they were a delight to work with and took a lot of stress out of the process. What really made them stand out was their dedication, professionalism and expertise. One thing I underestimated was how hard property agents work, particularly in these challenging times. Despite this, nothing was ever too much trouble and Mandy always ensured we were kept up-to-date with everything and even contacted other agents in the chain to try and keep things moving. I honestly don’t think we would be in our new home if it wasn’t for Mandy and the team at Stevenette. For this I am beyond grateful and I cannot recommend them enough.

After working with several estate agents throughout our two-year journey of searching for a home, selling our property, and purchasing another, Martin stands out as the most impressive and thorough agent we've encountered. Although he represented our vendor, his meticulousness and expertise benefited us greatly. As we are buyers in the middle of a chain, we had a few challenges along the way when our own agent did not properly vet our buyer or when our buyers were slow to act, risking the chain to fall apart. On multiple occasions, Martin provided really good advice on how to navigate these issues, which helped the whole process keep moving forward.
