I have been helping my mother find a new house so she can move to the area. We have viewed properties with several estate agents, but I can honestly say that David from Stevenette is a cut above the rest. I really felt he was trying to help us find the right property for my mother, and not just sell us any house that he had available. He instilled complete trust and confidence in us, knew everything about the houses he showed us, made helpful and creative suggestions and took the time to really understand our needs. If I were a seller, I would have no hesitation in asking him to market my property and I know he would find a good and reliable buyer - the right buyer. I didn't feel this about any of the other agents we dealt with in the area, most of whom seemed to know very little about the properties they were selling and for whom we felt like just another "potential transaction".
