FNAEA MARLA I have over 35 years of experience in the residential sales, letting, management and acquisition markets having been an Agency Director of a leading London Agent before establishing Stevenette & Company in 2006 with my wife Mandy. I am based at our Loughton Office and act for key individual clients covering all aspects of the residential market with an excellent team of people around me. I enjoy the property business with a passion. Every day provides new challenges that have to be dealt with to the satisfaction of all involved – my motto is - if there is a problem, our Clients want to hear the solution not just the problem.

MNAEA MARLA My background is varied with wide ranging experiences, all of which have helped develop an understanding of people and the most effective way to get things done. Attaining the Technical Award in both Residential Sales and in Residential Lettings has been important to me personally and enables me to offer considered and hopefully useful advice. I am glad to be a part of a team that puts people first. At Stevenette & Company we work collaboratively, we respect each others opinions and are inclusive. I believe this is reflected in the high levels of service we provide to our clients and am proud of the regular recommendations we receive.

MRICS Quite simply, I've always been interested in buildings and very-much enjoy meeting, communicating and helping people along the journey of their sale or purchase. I joined the firm in 2010 and lead our Residential Sales Division. A natural interest and affinity for property allied with well over 20-years experience in the industry as an Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyor, means I am able to provide thorough and well-considered advice to ensure the best results for our clients.

Amy Roberts Residential Lettings
I joined Stevenette and Company in 2019 and am responsible for the day-to-day administration of the lettings department including all tasks between a tenant viewing through to a tenancy check-out! Having worked in post-completions on new homes in Spain for the previous 2 years, I really enjoy helping both landlords and tenants alike....though miss the Spanish weather!

MNAEA I have always had an interest in property as I have been brought up around it. I am currently working in residential sales and have achieved my NAEA technical award. I hope to develop my skills further and increase my property knowledge. I enjoy estate agency as everyday is different and viewings are a good excuse to get out of the office!

Sue Erswell Property Manager
Working as a Property Manager for over 13 years with Stevenette & Company LLP and many years prior to that, I am responsible for the management of properties in central London and locally in the Loughton & Epping areas. On a day to day basis I am ensuring the smooth running of tenancies and making sure properties are compliant with changing legislation and maintained to a high standard. In addition managing the tenancy throughout the lease which includes carrying out property maintenance, end of tenancy negotiations and resolving deposit disputes.

Madeleine Blatter Property Manager
Having worked for Stevenette & Company since its launch in various roles, I am now responsible for handling Estate Management in various parts of the country. This involves ensuring that the Clients needs and requirements are always met to a very high standard. I like working with the team here at Stevenette & Company and providing a personal service.

Nicola Holmwood PA/Property Assistant
Having spent some time within marketing and bid management within Recruitment organisations, I took the plunge to move into a career within the Property Sector in 2021. Working as a Property Manager/Secretary within both residential and commercial sectors, I knew this was the path I wanted to continue to explore further. The move to Stevenette and Company in December 2023 as PA/Property Assistant has been a natural progression for me into a professional and welcoming team, enabling me to bring my wide range of skills and expertise to a new and exciting environment.

I'm a numbers person and work with all departments of the firm. My principal role is to oversee the firm's accountancy procedures - both internally and for our many landlords and clients.

Maeve Bartlett Residential Sales and Lettings
I think I might just be poacher-turned-gamekeeper - having sold my home with Stevenette and Company, I have now joined the team on a casual basis with an emphasis on accompanying buyers as they search for their new home. I have a huge interest in property and a fascination in how we present our homes which, after a long career in fashion, I find to be as equally diverse and ever-changing.

I’m a people person and I’m particularly interested in property so jumped at the opportunity to join Stevenette & Company as I knew it would be a good fit. I have a really wide-ranging role supporting all the departments which suits me as no two days are the same. My role covers much of the admin of the business.

Stevenette & Company work in conjunction with Dovetail Mortgages, a Directly Authorised Mortgage company with the Financial Conduct Authority, headed by Ashley Marsh. The company is fully independent and offers, like us, a personal and professional service. They can obtain mortgages from the whole of the market.
